Europur has developed a special polyurethane material for filling of standard pneumatic tyres. The main issue in replacing the standard tyre inner tube with a polyurethane foam filling is that the foam is relatively harder and has higher rolling resistance. Although it is possible to fill a tyre with a softer foam, the result, again, is higher rolling resistance of a wheel. Europur has found a solution to this problem by developing a new polyurethane composition called U410. The composition has outstanding dynamic properties - it can be softer while maintaining low rolling resistance.
