On the anodizing and passivation line, the maximum part dimensions are 3700 × 1700 × 800 mm and the minimum part size is 10 mm. For electroless nickel plating we process parts up to 1500 × 1000 × 500 mm and 700 kg. We are among the processors with the largest capacity in Central Europe. If you have a specific requirement, contact us and we will assess the options individually.

Standard technical formats PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES. For an initial consultation, good-quality photos of the part are enough. On the drawing we need the actual part dimensions (to calculate the surface area), contact points and the visible surface; state any requirement for masking holes, threads or surfaces directly in the order.
Yes. For every order we issue a certificate of the treatment performed. For selected industries (aerospace, automotive) we also issue extended quality documents according to customer requirements.
