Europur s.r.o. is a progressive, innovative, customer-oriented company providing metal surface treatments. It is primarily focused on anodic oxidation (anodizing) of aluminum and alloys.

The company was founded in November 1998. Initially, its core business activities included production and development of polyurethane tyres used mainly for wheelchairs. With the production capacity of 1 million tyres per year it has become the largest manufacturer in Europe. It also manufactures cast elastomer polyurethane and rigid integral foam products.

Since 2005, Europur has expanded its manufacturing activities to include aluminum surface treatment and, since 2011, nickel planting of steel and non-ferrous metals. In 2017, another, most modern customer oriented aluminum surface treatment line in Central Europe was put into operation. It allows treatment of Al parts with clear and hard anodic processes, followed by electrolytic or organic color anodizing, TCP passivation and pickling. Maximum part dimensions are 3200 x 1800 x 800 mm.

Moreover, to improve customer service, a new process for Al parts pretreatment called "Nano matte blasting" was developed in 2017, which is successfully used to achieve a matte appearance, especially under black anodizing.

Since 2010, we have been gradually developing and marketing the combination of hard anodized coatings with penetrated or thermoset Teflon which has become another development product in the field of surface treatment. Our company works with over 700 customers from 5 countries.
